Bourbon Glazed Carrots
A simple yet decadent side dish. The honey bourbon glaze gives these al dente carrots a sweet and aromatic bite. This side is large enough for four servings.
- 8 Ounces of Sliced Blanched Tri-Color Carrots
- Honey Bourbon Sauce
Heat a sauté pan to medium high heat, add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add carrots, and stir frequently until carrots are lightly browned. Add the bourbon honey, and pre-measured butter, and stir vigorously. Remove pan from heat, and serve.
